Sports Therapy
Will graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary's University, Twickenham, and is a BASRaT registered Sports Rehabilitator.
Will has completed his PHICIS Level 2 qualification in pre-hospital immediate care, allowing him to manage injuries in clinic and pitch-side. His training included placements with Rams Rugby Club, Aldershot Football Club, Old Georgians Hockey Club and the Student Clinic where he gained experience working alongside senior clinicians to assess, treat and rehabilitate patients across a wide range of conditions both related and un-related to sport. Will's own experience of injuries as a young athlete drew him to this profession and he is now passionate about helping his patients recover using evidence-based techniques and a complete approach, considering the whole needs of an individual to allow for optimal recovery.

Services

Injury Assessment and Treatment -
Our Injury Assessment and Rehabilitation service provides a focused evaluation of your injury and a clear plan for recovery. Your Sports Therapist will perform a comprehensive assessment
and identify contributing movement issues, and create a tailored rehabilitation programme to restore strength, mobility, and confidence.
This session is ideal for new injuries, recurring problems, or anyone needing structured guidance to return safely to sport, training, or everyday activities. This service combines the use of sports massage techniques, manual therapy such as mobilisations, exercise rehabilitation and taping and may include workplace assessment and modification.
Sports Therapists are able to help with issues such as: Pains and sprains in the ankles/knees/shoulders/hips/neck, Post-Op rehab (spinal, shoulder and knee surgery, joint replacements), Achilles Tendinopathy, Cruciate Ligament Rehab, Tennis Elbow, Carpal Tunnel, Post Spinal Surgery, Repetitive strain Injury and Post-Trauma including Fractures
Rehabilitation and Exercise Planning
Our Rehabilitation and Exercise Planning service is designed to work hand‑in‑hand with your osteopathic treatment. While osteopathy helps reduce pain, improve mobility, and restores movement, long‑term recovery often depends on completing the right exercises consistently.
In this session, our Sports Therapist will create a personalised rehabilitation plan based on your current treatment and symptoms. You’ll be guided through targeted exercises that support your
treatment goals, strengthen key areas, improve movement quality, and reduce the risk of future injury.
This service is ideal for patients who have been advised by their osteopath to begin or progress their rehabilitation exercises, or for anyone wanting structured support.
