Sports massage is a targeted evidence-based soft tissue treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and support movement. Using a combination of deep tissue techniques, soft-tissue release and focused pressure work, our Sports Therapist will address areas of tightness, discomfort or restricted movement.

Although widely used by athletes, you do not need to play a sport to benefit from this type of massage. It is equally effective for people experiencing muscle tension, work-related stiffness, postural strain or general aches and pains.
